Kim’s journey into coaching began more than fifteen years ago as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. It was with a deep exploration of her own life and experiences that she came to understand the vital role of mental health in the wellness world, culminating in a profound understanding of the power of mindset and resilience along with the emotional healing achieved through experiential modalities. Armed with a toolbox of proven coaching techniques, she has helped individuals overcome obstacles, set and achieve meaningful goals, and cultivate a sense of purpose in their lives.

Known for her empathetic listening skills and ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space, Kim has built a reputation for fostering lasting transformations in the lives of her clients. Her coaching approach is grounded in positivity, mindfulness, and a commitment to continuous learning, ensuring she stays at the forefront of personal development strategies.

Outside of her coaching practice, Kim enjoys the great outdoors, often hiking through breathtaking landscapes and embarking on exciting travel adventures with her husband and four children. She also has a passion for volleyball, finding joy in bringing good music to bump, set and spike to. She firmly believes that by helping others find their purpose, she contributes to a brighter, more fulfilled world, one transformed life at a time
