Robert Ferrell
Robert Ferrell is a leader among leaders—an experienced trainer, mentor, and executive coach committed to equipping religious leaders and business executives with the tools to lead effectively. His passion lies in advocating for young adults by teaching leaders how to better connect, engage, and inspire the rising generation. He believes we are facing a profound crisis today—not just of faith, identity, or direction, but a crisis of connection with each other and with our higher power.
With 20 years of experience mentoring young adults, Robert has observed that parents and leaders often misdiagnose the true challenges youth face today. This misunderstanding creates a generational divide, leading to high turnover in businesses, a decline in participation in organized religion, and fractured relationships between parents and their children.
Robert brings a wealth of experience from the business world. He has owned five businesses, founded a thriving private high school, serves as the president of a charitable foundation, and sits on the boards of two large organizations. Additionally, he has held significant leadership roles within his church, including Young Adult Bishop, Stake President, and Mission President. His unique background allows him to understand the distinct challenges that business and church leaders encounter when striving to effectively connect, engage, and collaborate with young adults.
Robert’s ability to inspire action and provide clarity makes him an invaluable mentor for church leaders and executives seeking to refine their impact. He is equally passionate about working one-on-one with young adults, helping them find their path and overcome the crisis of connection.
