Jessica has been a fierce advocate for better quality mental health access for nearly three decades. Jessica studied Psychology and Nursing at UNR and BYU and has traveled the world working in the medical and educational fields while raising four beautiful, neurodivergent children with her husband of 28 years. Discovering the unique effectiveness of Experiential Methodologies and Psychodrama in healing her own traumas inspired her to help launch [ACCEPTED] so that more survivors can find true health and healing. She is a certified Digital Wellness Coach equipped to help you find a Healthy Tech Balance. If you want to connect more deeply with yourself, your family, and your higher power and feel like phones, tablets, and video games are in the way, she is here to help you tame your tech!
